Incredible value. I did not expect such a clean, comfortable, and modern facility at such a price. I was very pleased.

Location not a good area of town! Alot of people loitering around hotel, parking lot and did not feel safe.

They have a squat rack in the gym which I used twice for great leg workouts and they had a good selection of free weights - one of the main reasons I chose to stay here. All the hotel staff were very professional and polite.

The parking lot was a bit small.

Staff were very accommodating and cheerful. Room was clean and as pictured.

Can we not have an actual glass? Used a coffee cup for a pre dinner drink. Hmmm. Tried to watch the news the next morning & most of the channels had disappeared. Apparently some sort of satellite upgrade was happening?

The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and kept stocked. Was busy but was always able to find a table and get the food we wanted. Nice to be able to walk to the mall. Nice size jacuzzi.

Location, seemed a bit sketchy. Stains on bath robes, sheets and chairs. Bathroom fan was hanging down from the ceiling. Dusty. Didn't replace bathroom supplies. Didn't wait until we had checked out before wanting to clean the room.

Not sure how old the hotel is but it was well maintained & Clean

The heater was a little bit noisy when it would turn on in the middle of the night.

Central location, great pool area - have 3 kids. Excellent breakfast. Clean room.

If the room is at full capacity there wasn¿t enough towels or toiletries but it was addressed without issue

Nice room, nice bed. Bit noisy with it being a long weekend and lots of kids.

I loved how spacious my room was. The breakfast was great and the on site hotel dog Willow was adorable!!

It¿s tough to go above and beyond during covid, but they made the best of it. You can still swim or workout if you book a 1 hour window.

Staff was excellent! We were pulling a large camper and the staff was more than accommodating and even placed some traffic cones to mark our vehicle since it was sticking out pretty far. Highly recommend!

I felt safe and the bed was super comfortable. The shower was had an adjustable height and was very nice as I didn't have to get my hair wet. The room was spacious and quiet. The breakfast was good.

The fridge was too low to the ground.

The heater in the room would not stop running. Regardless of what we did. It would change temperatures too

Loved everything about this great hotel! They very generously upgraded our room to a beautiful suite because it was our anniversary. So clean, luxurious and very practical.

Location downtown, very clean spacious hotel room. Quiet! Having breakfast items available

Front staff were friendly. We had dogs with us. This hotel has grassy area around so our dogs could go to the bathroom. Also, large park a short distance away. Close walking to restaurants and shopping. Excellent location, esp. without a vehicle.

We returned after our event very late at night and the parking lot was quite full of cars. A group of what we assumed were homeless men were hanging out there, and the lot was not very well lit. As three women, we found it unnerving.

It's very quiet.

The room card keys didn't work. We had to have them reset twice & it didn't help.
