- The service at the front desk was excellent. Also valet department did 5 star. Im very thankfull. The bar had the great food too.
- Staff was friendly and helpful. Allowed early check in. Location was great for us..in the middle between the harbor and Granville island

- Our room was loud. It was a corner room so there was road noise from two different directions..it was a pie shaped room. Also the heater was very loud..not sure if it was the fan or the unit itself. We did acclimate to it.
- The shower head was a rain type head and was not adequate to rinse off.

Hotel was very clean and the beds were great

They provided umbrellas for the duration of our stay.
Room was supposed to have a roll in shower for wheelchair access but the shower had a 4 inch high and 4 inch wide lip.
