Sandman Hotel Lethbridge

First room was not clean had dead bugs all over bottom sheet was not even. Second room we got had a toilet that did not flush + a bathroom sink that would and could not drain. We also had no top sheets on beds. Never ever stay there ahain

Location firstly. Elevator security.

I thought there would have been a wheelchair ramp at the north side entrance where Denny¿s is located. I know you have a pool but a hot tub would have been nice for sore backs from driving.

SUCH comfortable beds!

Not really! The building/facilities show its age a LITTLE bit, but that's not necessarily a bad thing! It's a well maintained, well cleaned property.

Location. Bus stops immediately at back entrance & across the street on Mayor Magrath Dr. The King size bed. Red Arrow pickup at this location. Lobby needs an update badly, no comfort zone for guests to relax. Denny's Restaurant looks tired and worn out.

Hated that there was only one elevator working, esp. for the size of the hotel & the # of guests coming and going. Would not stay at this hotel again if there is only one working elevator. Elevator was always crowded up and down. I was on the 9th floor.

The staff I interacted with were very friendly. The room was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable.

Did not have a free breakfast.

The king size bed  was old and lumpy. Saturday night traffic was noisy to 2: 30 am

Noisy, a/c loud, tv cable connection broken so snowy reception, WiFi sketchy, flies and eye mask found at head of bed.

Hotel was very nice overall. Rooms were clean and spacious. We had an issue with our tv, and staff were quick to rectify. Staff were helpful and friendly. Was a very nice stay.

The staff was lovely

Felt like the star rating did not match what I got. Should be rated maybe a 2.5 star. Bathroom tub was dirty, found a fingernail on the carpet near bed.

The rooms were amazing.

The elevator was a little sketchy and it was frustrating that the pool was closed but those are minor.

The hotel breakfast did not exist. When questioning the front desk they said they may be able to scrounge up an apple or an orange if requested on the morning.

The lobby was very dirty, mud on the floors and dirty walls and glass. The man at the front desk was sketchy &Imade me uncomfortable. The toilet in our room wouldn't flush & the scary man came up to fix it but then the water ran ion it all night.

The vents were filled with pigeons feathers and or first room the tub was full of hairs and it was plugged. The table legs were falling off in our room. All the tv channels were fuzzy and not good quality at all.

Location, and Dennys in the same building.

The price was great and accomodations were excellent, considering the cost.

TV programming was very poor.

This place is 5 stars.
