The selection at breakfast was good but the taste of that food was not the best

Room smelled like smoke. Was non smoking room. Cigarette burn on the toilet seat. Room flooring was warped. Bottom of bathroom door was damaged maybe from water. Gaps around door to hallway was super loud. Window was left open probably due to smoke smell

The front desk agent, was amazing!! Very friendly, very accommodating to my request, knew her job inside/out. She is efficient and thorough. Because of her, she made my stay more inviting and comfortable.

The elevator was unavailable due to routine maintenance. This was not an issue as I had very little (and light) luggage to carry up stairs to 2nd level.

The entrance to hotel was hard to find. It is located behind a shady building.

Wow place was sparkling clean. Disinfectant wipes in the room . Room was very big and roomy. I was extremely happy with my stay. Staff were extremely nice. Great friendly greeting and big smiles by all of the staff. Great breakfast.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of service, cleanliness, space and comfort this hotel provided. I met 3 staff members and each were pleasant and helpful. There catch-phrase is Hello and it was very appropriate.

The location was not best suited to me and the construction around the area made it very difficult to get to the driveway of the hotel.

Rooms were very quiet comfortable, spacious and well equipped with amenities.

Despite the party going on in the lobby, our room was actually well-insulated and quiet. The staff was wonderful. Breakfast was better than I expected.

They ran out of washcloths. It was a Friday night and there was a party going on in the lobby with loud and vulgar language. Curb appeal was not great. The location seemed to be a little rundown, but the hotel was nice in spite of that.

Front desk staff very helpful, rooms were clean and had everything we could possibly need for a longer stay. Thank you for making us feel comfortable

First room I was given smelled of smoke and the toilet was not cleaned. Second room was cleaner and smelled fine, but I found a dead spider in my bed and questioned whether the sheets were cleaned.

We enjoyed the free parking and wifi. The location to the mall and stores was nice as well.

We did notice a giant skunk outside our window but that's Mother Nature, not much the hotel can do about that.

TV too low to floor, hard to watch when laying down. Waffles at Breakfast were not the best and some sausages seemed over microwaved on ends

Close to where I was conducting business, friendly staff and continental breakfast, free parking.

Both sink and shower drain needed to be unclogged...badly.

I booked this hotel because it had a kitchen and a gym. Breakfast was included, and looked good, although we didn't participate because we were in the gym before having to leave for a class. Staff were friendly and helpful! Will book here again!

I would book here again, so there's nothing I didn't like about this hotel. I was very impressed!
