- The staff was extremely nice and cooperative and made us feel comfortable. They made up for the rest of the hotel. We left early due to the conditions. See next section

- The bed was so horrible to the point throw out my back, I couldn’t even walk. I’m still sick causing me to lost 4 days of work I will never stay at this property or even consider to book from you again.
- My wife and I were very disappointed in the hotel room (Room 410). I EXPECT an immediate response from a supervisor. I have a huge list of complaints that needs to be addressed. I cannot write them in this part of the report. See below! cell: ---
- I like everything but I was surprised about paying for the water I could understand if you give a complimentary water and then pay for the second or third but that's okay policies policy I still enjoyed my stay everything was great

The location

Everything

The carpets and the fournitures ( Chairs) are old. The carpets in the lobby are ugly and scaffed.
