Pros +
- The location, and the lovely silence in the room.
- The meals , meeting room, the staff in the eating area. Very good staff
- Easy check-in, clean and spacious room, wonderful breakfast buffet.
Cons -
- Just a couple of nit-picks: One elevator did not work for three days; housekeeping staff pounded on my door at 8:30 a.m. on the day I was to check out at noon.
- There was no room service, although someone answered after I pressed the room service button on my phone. She soon hung up on me so I guess that means there is no room service at this hotel. The breakfasts though were delicious.
- Bed mattress too soft, not good for arthritis, No comfortable chairs in room, shower area, floor got too wet when used. We were not given face towels for use, There were 2 of us, only gave=us 1 small bottles of shampoo and conditioner.

Easy check-in, clean and spacious room, wonderful breakfast buffet.
Parking was not included, it was $25/night. The wine and cheese was cancelled due to Covid and no alternate arrangements were made, like simply bringing it to our room.
