For stay dates on New Years Eve (December 31) and Caribana Toronto (Last Friday of July to first Sunday of August): A maximum of 3 guests are permitted per room (reservations for 4+ guests cannot be accepted during these dates). Only the number of guests registered will receive the wristband(s). Guests must wear the wristband to access the guest room floors after 21:00 hrs.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of CAD 150.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on checkout via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
