Great view of ocean, marina
Coffee maker didn't work
Good nice clean hotel. View on the harbour and fire place where nice. Honouring our special requests ¿ Nice disposition of the rooms. Would go back again. Great quality & value.
Not the hotel fault but city work on public infrastructure did occasion what shortages shutout notice.
We had stayed there before so we knew what to expect. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The room was clean.
Instead of a fireplace which we did not use, second closet would be nice. Also, if the tv was wall mounted you could use the desk as a table
The bed was comfortable.
The hotel is not kept up very well. We had a garden view room that looked out at dead landscaping and dried grass. The weather was very warm and there were no fans or AC. The cost was extremely high for the condition of the hotel.
Did not like any thing about the hotel or room
No handy cap in room and no handy cap to front desk. Room smells of old smoke
The room was very nice...comfortable beds
Very little sound barrier...could hear people upstairs walking, opening/closing doors. No info in the room for local business
It was clean, spacious close to all amenities and served us well. Thank-you I am a senior travelling with my son.
The location was great and the view on the balcony with your morning coffee was amazing in the morning
Sheets has big yellow stains on them. Didn¿t see it at night with the lights on. When we woke up in the morning we noticed the huge yellow stain. It was horrifying and disgusting
Staff and location were great!
It was expensive for the age of the building
We had beds to sleep at.
Pathetic service. We stayed for 4 days and nobody even cleaned the room. No hot water as it is shared (we were not informed). Refreshments were not replenished.
The room was spacious and neat (but a little cluttered with too many tables and chairs inside)
The ad stated "water views" which to me implies a view of the ocean (based on it's location) but the view is one of the marina and the view wasn't what was expected. It definitely wasn't worth the price due to the location and no a/c in the room.
The friendly of the staffs and the view of the room.
There is no facial tissue or napkin provided.
Spaciousness of the room with the Loft.
Loft aloud too much noise from other's in the next room over.
Location was the only good thing.
When we arrived there were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom. Lots of stain's on the carpeting. This place charges an additional fee for children over 12. The place looks like it has never been updated. This could be a great place with lots of TLC.
Horrible smell in the room we could sleep. No internet in the room. We paid $----.
Room was very nice.
For the star level of the hotel, and the word ?resort? included in its name, I kind of was hoping it would have some sort of food, service or restaurant.
The view of the boats and marina
