Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was very clean and comfortable also. The breakfast was good.
The parking situation. I was staying for 2 days and the parking cost was an additional 70 dollars. And a trudge across the street with all our bags.

The rooms are comfortable and clean
BREACH OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATIONBefore arrival, I received 2 messages on WhatsApp with the details of my reservation asking to authorize my credit card and then I was charged of 558 euros was chargedWhen I arrived in the hotel I asked about it and they confirmed it was from the hotel. In the same day I showed the staff the messages and it was confirmed againIn the next day I said that the transaction hadn’t been rejected yet and this was a lot of money in Brazilian reais. At this time the staff said they don’t send messages on WhatsApp…and that was itI was in a work trip with 3 other coworkers, and 2 of them received this messages.The hotel just didn’t care about it, which for me it’s a terrible customer service. Won’t be staying with them anymorePeople should be aware of this issue and the problem must be fixed immediately. I don’t know if I’ll receive my money back, so I possibly lost almost R$4000.

Great location. Staff weee really friendly. The guy at the breakfast in the morning was a super nice and polite man. We meant to tip him and we only had cards! Sorry

Breakfast was below all standards, no shower gel but hard soap in the schower, front door lock issues

Really enjoyed my stay. Loved the room wish I could've stay longer
The toliet was too close to the sink. But other than that the room was beautiful.
