Chateau Elan Winery

I checked in around 7:00 pm . Was in the shower with my husband and a guest service member was in my room . I called the font desk immediately. They said they were probably checking the mini bar . This is crazy ruined my stay .

Beautiful property!!! The front desk people were amazing!

You have to pay for early check in, and the pool bar isn’t open often, and food is hard to get to the pool area if you are lounging.

Mixology Class, good restaurants, beautiful grounds.

A bit pricey for the room, $28 Self Parking Fee seemed a bit much.

Way overpriced for the quality. The food was average and way overpriced. The room was clean, but only one nightstand, the toilet was jiggly, the chair had stains on it no conditioner, only 1 hand towel and washcloth. They did not supply water

Restaurant staff was great.

Housekeeping came to our room twice.The sheets were soiled and white powder substance was on the desk. There was food spilled in the refrigerator.They came and took pictures of our room but no manager ever contacted us and they were not able to move us.

This hotel was amazing. I only leave reviews when I have something good to say and this hotel experience was superb. The customer service, taste and quality of the food, scenery, activities, and the winery were all spectacular. I will definitely return.

Setting is spectacular!

Cleanliness. No matter the number of times requested. The housekeeping staff would not vacuum all the cracker crumbs. Dining on the property is limited. Getting a cup of AM coffee is an adventure.

Very relaxing environment with lots of activities and choices of places to eat.

The A/C in our room didn't work that great and it was a little hot. We've stayed here before and this is the first time we've had any issue like that.

Wonderful stay. My husband and I were very pleased with our room, staff, massages and wine tour.

I was the best 24 hour getaway we've ever had. We had the 5 course dinner, a great night sleep, and awesome breakfast.

The shower was disappointing, the sinks pressure was extreme and the rain head shower was anything but! So that would be the only negative, but the positives outweighed this negative so we didn't mention this to management.

The hotel was nice and clean for the most part.

Food was definitely not worth the price.

Wonderful staff, quality of service and accommodations.

There were lots of amenities, great wine selection, and lots of restaurants to choose from.

The bear was extremely firm and the carpet was a little worn, but overall a great experience at the resort

Overly priced with a lot of unnecessary charges one my bill. My room didn’t have body wash in the shower and the ironing board was not in the room. Had to call the front desk to have it delivered to me. For the cost of stay there. Things should be ready and in place. Overall I would return but may not stay at the hotel.
