With Epicurean activities, wine tastings, spa offerings and golf, this destination has something for everyone. The 3,500-acre property features three types of accommodations: an inn, spa suites, and golf villas, as well as four golf courses, eight restaurants, a European-style health spa, wine market, equestrian show center and tennis center. Guests are invited to tour the winery and rent bikes to explore the estate's private roads or off-the-beaten-path trails through canopied forests of trees, quiet nature trails, and vineyards. Tucked within the sweeping panorama of the North Georgia foothills, Chateau Elan is located a little less than an hour drive from both Atlanta and Athens, GA.

- Mixology Class, good restaurants, beautiful grounds.
- Nice selection of Restaurants in the Hotel
- Restaurant staff was great.
Cons -
- A bit pricey for the room, $28 Self Parking Fee seemed a bit much.
- Way overpriced for the quality. The food was average and way overpriced. The room was clean, but only one nightstand, the toilet was jiggly, the chair had stains on it no conditioner, only 1 hand towel and washcloth. They did not supply water
- Housekeeping came to our room twice.The sheets were soiled and white powder substance was on the desk. There was food spilled in the refrigerator.They came and took pictures of our room but no manager ever contacted us and they were not able to move us.
