The location was where I needed to be. Other than the drug users at the dollar store across the street.

It needs the flooring upgraded and the wall paper is falling off the walls.

We were charged 30.00 per night per dog. For 2 dogs for 3 nights the pet fee was ---, which is ridiculous. It was almost as much as the room charge was. A pet fee is fine, but I have never been charged more than 20.00 for a stay and never per night.

Where do I start? The garbage from the previous night wasn't taken out. The shower curtain stunk. No cable TV, just farmer vision. Found bugs in the bed. Not sure if it was bed bugs or ticks. Didn't wake up with red welts, so I'm not sure what it was.

My aunt was charged even on her credit card though she didn't check in. She couldn't even speak to a live agent after saying "cancel" with the automated teller.

Yes. Having said the above complaint, I will advise my aunt and assist her to go through the process of reporting to the better business bureau. This lack of excellent customer service will be followed through accordingly.

This hotel is in a good location, close to restaurants etc

My spouse recently had hip replacement surgery and has difficulty with stairs. The front desk lady charged us an extra $15 for a ground level room. There is no elevator. At checkout time, front desk could not give a receipt

The location is perfect

Steep stairs to the upper floor. I was cramped back in the corner and couldnt start my vehicle from the room.

I forgot a suit jacket when l left They called me in 10 minutes. I went back and retrieved my jacket. much appreciated.

Staff was excellent. Rooms were clean. Very good location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast area was very clean and well stocked. Check in and check out staff were awesome.

There is no elevator in the building, very steep stairwell leading to the second floor. Rooms were extremely small, stain on bed cover, had a smoke and urine odour inside the room. Rooms could use with a much needed update. Staff were great.

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk agent was more interested in pleasing her manager than meeting my needs as a guest. She had poor communication and lacked customer service. The hotel was run down and had a strong moldy smell.

The hotel was older, but definitely nice and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and very friendly.

We liked Location and Staff and Price. Bed was Uncomfortable and the Pillows were lumpy. Overall 3 outta 10

Location, front desk and staff were amazing. The hotel is being renovated, but we were given a completely renovated room and it was lovely!

should be on website that there is no elevator person at front desk didn't speak very good English tv wasn't working and had to wait for tech the stairs were too steep was told to park anywhere but the room was on the other side from where we parked

CLEANING STAFF CLEANED ROON BUT NEVER LEFTANY PRODUCTS THAT HAD BEEN USED (towels,coffee,sweetner)

The ice bucket was dirty and the bath tub looked dirty but I think it was stained All in all I thought the staff were great very helpful.
