I didnt stay at said hotel i was refused service because I was native.

That i didn't get a refund after being refused service for being native

The staffs were nice.

The breakfast menu was poor. No banana, no eggs, no enough fruits.

Staff were respectful and helpful

The hotel was very clean and quiet

the room was cold, could not turn up the heat, had to ask for a heater

Pleasant receptionist. Clean. Quiet

Slow water coming from shower, only cold water, drainage clogged drains, staff is not professional

Phone coping our ID documents without my consent. This is legal not allowed in Canada, I have as the GM to call me but never received a call back.

I liked leaving it

It was dirty, it smelled bad. There were ants crawling across the breakfast food. It was one of the worst places I have stayed in 20 years

The woman at the desk sent a person from their partner hotel to bring a bag of ice for my cooler. Much appreciated!

required extra deposit which still has not been refunded. There was no notice or warning that a credit card deposit was required. very disappointed.

The room was clean enough, & warm when I got there.

For a cheaper place to stay, it was okay. The TV wasn't working properly, and it was hard to find a place to plug in my vehicle on a cold night

The Hotel was clean, warm, had a comfortable bed with nice soft sheets and pillow. A/C worked good. Tv worked good. Coffee maker worked good. Everything was good. It was excellent value. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. All around great experience

Not really.

It was quite clean and affordable. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. Just a short walk away there's a pub where we enjoyed a beverage and chicken wings.

The room was advertised as a suite with a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen is at the end of the room with different flooring, but I wouldn't call it separate.

Was a nice clean road side Motel with friendly staff.

We booked this hotel under the impression there was a pool and hot tub. The breakfast area was very small and crowded.the under window air conditioner blew directly on us in bed and had to be turned off for the night.

could not connect to the internet weak connection , likely not their fault, just the service of shaw

The staff were excellent. Changed and upgraded my room at no extra charge.

No coffee for the in-room coffee maker.

The room was clean ~ that's about it

The customer service was horrible. They gave me a key two different times that didn't work and then when it did, the room they gave me a key to was already occupied! The breakfast area was extremely small for the number of people expected to eat there.
