- Mattresses were uncomfortably soft.
- While there were many positives regarding this hotel, bathrooms were defintely outdated and are in need upgrad to be in sync with other aspects of hotel/service and justify rates

Beautiful decor and a great staff. Room was very clean and well stocked with the normal essentials.
The downside was the lack of air conditioning and a VERY warm night. While there was a fan in the closet to use, it would only work on the lowest setting after much trial and error. The staff also were not familiar with the local ferry or parking in town.
