The staff was awesome, room was spacious, and my dog was allowed with treats. That was very special. When coming back through Prince Rupert this us where we are staying.

The hotel manager(?) (a young lady) was very helpful and upgraded my room at no charge because my original room was quite hot. She also let me use her personal computer to fill out a baggage damage claim from Air Canada. Thanks!
Nice central location - some rooms and lounge overlook the harbour. Hotel is in the midst of an complete renovation, so ask for one of the renovated rooms.

I arrived late and the owner had left a detailed note for me on how to find my room, and we took care of payment in the morning. The bed was comfy and the room/bathroom were large and felt private. Exactly what I needed!

The views were great! The bathroom and room in general were modern and clean with very comfortable beds. The hotel was undergoing renovations by the state of the lobby. Bins of garbage etc, and lots of building materials everywhere.

Stunning decor- very fresh and modern apartments with everything needed. The most beautiful place we stayed for sure on this trip. Lovely shared lounge and well equipped kitchen shared between two very private bedrooms off the common area. 10/10
