Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

We liked the size and cleanliness of the room, quiet floor, 24 hr gym,great breakfast, lots of parking, and very friendly staff.

It is not the hotel, but the site I booked the room on line. it advertised one price and I paid more when I got to the hotel.

Location. Easy check in. Friendly staff.

The room we stayed in was adjacent to a meeting room. (Twin Otter room) We could here the meeting participants as clear as day first thing in the morning as they started their day. (As if they were in our room while we were still in bed)

Very clean hotel, fantastic staff, tasty and well supplied breakfast with ample seating room. Great proximity to airport, select restaurants within short driving distance. Sound proof rooms -- drowned out the noise of young hockey players no problem!

This is my second time here in a couple months and both visits were fine. Trouble with a tv that dodnt work but the staff did try to correct it but without luck. Overall a good experience.

There was a minor hockey team with children running and screaming in the hallway... Also, a kid spitting on the floor in the lobby in front of us!

The staff were very polite and attentive.

It was a bit dated and some of the walls could have used some cleaning.

The room design was nice with the half divider since we were traveling with our child.

They provided us with a broken playpen for our child to sleep in which we obviously could not use. Heaps of children running and yelling throughout the hotel but that was out of the staff's control.

This hotel is a great place to stay, especially for those with a family. The pool, although small, was great and the kids fun. It was clean and the provided towels was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very generous.

somehowended up being booked Wrong wanted 12th which my bday and it booked the 13th somehow which I couldn¿t attend and the hotel wouldn¿t allow us to reschedule also made 14 debits in my acct trying for 250 ended up with 50 they say forsmokin(was none!

Hotel was a great. Its not new but everything worked as it should. Good value for the $$. Breakfast was more than sufficient and everything was fresh. Slow check in but that was caused by a rush of guests coming all at once. Overall a great stay.

The breakfast was good, but the customer service was terrible. I will never go back to the hotel.

This hotel accused me and my husband of smoking in our room and would not return my deposit. I will NEVER stay at another Best Western. It was humiliating, and I am still feeling traumatized.

We have stayed here before and will do so again. Excellent breakfast. Very clean room and hotel in general..Staff very helpful.

I wish they had Netflix or HBO but we do go to bed early when travelling long distances
