Miette Mountain Cabins

Beautiful cabin. Awesome games room. Nice grounds, outside fire area. Friendly staff.

Arrived after dark. Approach/driveway was hard to see even with signage lit up. Illuminated driveway markers would be a huge plus.

Everything was perfect! The location, amenities, staff, room and hot tub.

Nice location in the countryside.

Not enough hooks to hang clothes. Needed one more luggage rack in the room.

Cabin format! Proximity to Pocahontas Trails (really cool), I actually enjoyed the remoteness as opposed to being IN Jasper (town).

The cleanliness was an issue. Hairs left in the pull out sofa, stained carpet throughout a pet friendly cabin; smelled in certain areas... Did not offer much. Mismatched crappy utensils, no hand soap, no cork bottle opener, no tea, whitener, etc.

It's very cozy and they are doing their best to cope with Covid restrictions.

The restaurant is no longer open and there is very limited snacks in the store. It's a long way from Jasper and Hinton, so make sure you bring your own food.

Great hotel and beautiful place! Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Hotel was not within the town of Jasper but over 30 minutes east of the town in the "Jasper" National Park which we felt this was misleading. Good thing we were travelling west to east otherwise having to back track would have been very annoying.

Stayed in 2 different cabins. The small cabin on the first night is very small and only a double bed . The next level up was much better, more room and was delightful to stay in.

one thing i found strange was they shut down the hottub the second day we got there for "maintenance" but when i lifted the cover it was running and semed perfectly fine so i think they just didnt wanna open it. Staff seemed pretty lazy

Spider webs/cabin was tilted. Got billed twice.

The rusticity of log cabin, the balcony, the proximity of Miette springs, parking next to our cabin, the services including restaurant, pool (even though we didn't have much time to enjoy)

far from jasper, the room is old and small no A/C and over expensive, 15 minutes from Hinton you can get an 4 star hotel for the same price

price was higher than others we'd stay in from Waterton... to Banff to Radium. Frankly, Pocohontas was THE most expensive... more than Waterton Park Lodge... more than Banff Park Lodge. Monopoly on available places = higher prices. Too bad.

Looks nice from outside I like the log Cabin feel

Just felt like the bed was always itchy, the comforter had a dirty feeling and kept sliding off. The dishes were dirty and we had to wash Before using them
