- The layout of the casino and the restaurants were good.

- It is far from town center.
- Staff rude bathroom had hair all in shower ! shower water pressure horrible was the worst bath experience ever! Security pushes door everyday front desk lead was rude floors dirty in bathroom looses electrical sockets by bed had to use bed mattress to keep phn charger plugged in.
- 1st. in our room, we could hear running water in the bathroom ( like a running toilet). 2nd, no ice machines worked (had to go to the 5th floor) for that. 3rd, a machine stopped and had to be re-booted, which took a while to find someone to assist me. Also, on our last day, there ( we were leaving the next morning), we were asked to move to another room, because of a ...wait for it... a water leak in the room above us, we were told. I will say they did give us a suite ( for our last night),not realizing the jacuzzi tub didn't work really sucked. but at that point, it was just the inconvenience to pack up to just un pack for 1 night. I voiced my concerns to the front desk as we were checking out, She didn't seem interested. I did have to remind her to take off the internet fee as well. As I only connected 1 device.

Dyers ice cream shop
Old furniture n lamps not equipped for chargers, info on web site out of date spa closed since Covid web site said open indoor pool n spa, front desk said you can go to Tropicana to use spa guest in line said nope it’s closed jacuzzi at hotel no hot water ! food in cafe not tasteful, staff not informed when valet car was not told $10 a day until check out
