- False advertising felt like there was two different hotels with two different star ratings we are on the small side of the hotel, which felt like false advertisement as soon as we checked in and seen the room, we tried to cancel our reservation
- The shower was slippery and a bit dangerous for my elderly mother. The view of the falls was minimal but expected based on other reviews. Parking was a bit expensive but again, expected based on other reviews.

The hotel was great. The room was clean and very nice.
