- My reservation was for a king room and I was given a double queen. When I questioned the staff they would not honor my reservation since I went through a 3rd party. There was no hot water in our room either.

Very nice people and property.
Wouldn’t refund me for a horrible dinner that they admitted to. Staff was great but the steak was a joke and they said that was the 8th time they were told so that day.
