- Staff were friendly and it looked clean.
- Parking garage, workout room weights, & comfy bed
- It was close to everything and had the water park .
Cons -
- Fire evacuees were there. Drinking outside, swearing, very loud, hotel was booked, pool was closed. Did not feel safe especially with small grandsons. Went and stayed at another hotel. Staff can only do so much.
- Ice machine did not work on our floor.
- 1. The carpets were GROSS!!! They clearly hadn't been cleaned in many, many years. 2. My first room was unserviced and I had to return to the desk to ask for a new room.

The staff were happy and helpful
