- The rooms ac/heater thermostat didn?t work! And they didn?t do anything about it but give us blankets. (?All they could do?) The could not bring iron and ironing board. Because he (front desk was watching movie) They didn?t clean our rooms
- Having to change rooms during a six night stay because we got home from work to find our room smelling like skunk weed in an overwhelming way.

Staff was awesome!!
