- Hotel fees after checkout. Should be included before. That seems backwards and can be a surprise. I know you post fees but still seems shady way to do business. Even though you purchased and stayed here, surprise, you owe us more. A lot more.
- $17 extra per chair at the beach (first 2 are free) $25 rental for umbrella, $49 daily resort fee, $49 parking.... unreal charges. double bed-room's view : a wall. properties next to hotel(left/right of hotel) under construction, nose all day.

Hotel employee at the beach is such a great asset to this place, front desk personnel is also super nice, friendly.
