Nautilus Sonesta Miami Beach

The staff were genuinely so nice and accommodating. They really stood out as the stars of this hotel.

The rooms were incredibly small and there was no view and did not feel like it lived up to the 4.5 stars it was given.

The floor we were on had a lot of kids running around and screaming down the hallway constantly. Also the doors do slam loudly an echo throughout the entire floor when closed so that was annoying

Around the pool wasn?t clean. Dog poop could be seen under some of the chairs

Location was walkable, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Lobby area was nice.

Rooms are small and no decor or style. Bathroom was small, shower outdated. Definitely not a 4.5 star hotel. There was construction going on on both sides of the hotel.

Location next to the beach and shopping

Hotel fees after checkout. Should be included before. That seems backwards and can be a surprise. I know you post fees but still seems shady way to do business. Even though you purchased and stayed here, surprise, you owe us more. A lot more.

Hotel employee at the beach is such a great asset to this place, front desk personnel is also super nice, friendly.

$17 extra per chair at the beach (first 2 are free) $25 rental for umbrella, $49 daily resort fee, $49 parking.... unreal charges. double bed-room's view : a wall. properties next to hotel(left/right of hotel) under construction, nose all day.

Great location & pool area with amazing DJ. Staff is extremely nice and helpful and try to accomodate the wishes.

Hotel rooms and bathrooms need an update. The corridors have a musty smell and are dark. A bit of a cave feeling walking from the elevator to your room. When you book a normal room with no ocean view, you look against a wall.

Staff was generally friendly

Air conditioner in two different rooms did not work. Had to move once and wait for engineer to fix the second time. The chairs looked disgusting and were frayed - would not sit in them!

The beds were comfortable and clean.

Mildew in the shower, dirty room, dark corridors, old and outdated building. Noisy.

Comfy beds, nice rain shower, clean room, nice atmosphere, excellent location

Screaming children and getting no sleep. The noise was unacceptable so I removed myself from the hotel.

Great location! Staff was extremely accommodating! Cesar at the front desk ensured we had a great stay! The pool staff and bellmen were also exceptional. Really appreciate the good service!

The entire hotel was beautiful! I have to say that they way I was treated at the hotel was wonderful. Staff at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Staff at the small coffee shop in the lobby was great and he makes good coffee.

The hallways need a touch up but lol.

İt was nefret by ocean and lincln road... there the pool . U can reach any thing so easily. And workers were so helpful

There was construction so it was so noisy so that the pool was a little bit dirty but when i told it to manager we weren t so comfortable .... they try to help us.. at least they did t her Best...

Great location. Nice reception/bar area. The aroma in the whole hotel is gorgeous. Great we could rent bikes for free & the breakfast was lovely. The beach team were fab too!! All the staff were great & couldn’t do enough for you.

As others have mentioned, there is construction going on and the noise when around the pool area was noticeable but not so much on the beach. It didn’t bother our stay though.

When we were checking in, we were required a credit card for the deposit- it was at the time with the beach staff- it was NO WAY we would check without paying a deposit on the spot, Rules are rules.

Location is very good

They didn’t have hot water! They promise to fix it during 3 days but they didn’t! I should change hotel. In addition, they are doing big big construction in the next hotel. It is very noise! You can hear that from the room, pool, etc.
