- Promised a pool and closed it. Jake at the front desk was a nightmare and kept suggesting they’d open it but they never did. Room was not stocked. Took forever to get shampoo because they left an empty bottle
- Despite informing them at check-in that we were staying a 2nd night (under a separate confirmation #), they checked us in for only 1 night. So we were locked out of our room on Day 2 and they had some trouble reinstating us. But it worked out in the end.
