Pros +
- Very comfortable well appointed room with excellent beds / linens. Breakfast was far better than expected for a complimentary breakfast buffet. Many healthy options available.
- Hotel Employee checked us in upon arrival. He was very friendly and made our 4 yr old very happy with a treat from the hotel. We very much enjoyed the pool. Perfect temp, warm solarium and never very busy. Hot breakfast had a great assortment.
- Shuttle to airport
Cons -
- Despite informing them at check-in that we were staying a 2nd night (under a separate confirmation #), they checked us in for only 1 night. So we were locked out of our room on Day 2 and they had some trouble reinstating us. But it worked out in the end.
- The only (very minor) complaint is the location. It's a bit far from downtown St John's.
