On the ocean

Pool broken, stove/oven broken, beds were old and lumpy very uncomfortable, only 1 staff member understood English.

this is a great spot to stay.

This is an awesome place, friendly staff, clean, fair price. The view and location is a wonderful surprise. Myself, my twins and mom just loved this place and we sure will be back! We love it!

Location. Saw a manatee, turtle, nerf shark, tarpon and lobster from the dock behind our room. We snorkeled and saw the sunset that night and again the next morning whitout leaving the property.

nothing close by to eat.

Best hotel is location and staff service, I can see sunrise and sunset because both side are ocean

Private beach can not bath because too much stone not sand.

Room was dirty, furniture was in shambles, bathroom fixtures need update

waterfront, deck by the water, hammock, very relaxing and location

please put lights in the deck used too much bleach it smells like bleach in the room

Being able to see our boat from our room as well as that I felt comfortable enough to leave my boat tied to the dock even without me being there

I didn¿t like that I was charged an extra persons charge for my kids that are way under the age of 10. It was very complicated of where to park the boat or to use the ramp when we arrived (after hours). No lighting outside on the patio

Clean, on the water, great price, friendly staff, beautiful sunsets. Nothing fancy but who cares when you have a great view and patio.

No snorkeling or swimming in beach area - too much sea weed.

Size of the suite. Inexpensive kayak rentals available.

Pool cold. Floors dirty. Nothing close by for entertainment or restaurants.

We reported the heat not working when we checked into our room at 8:15PM and as of checkout the next morning at 9:45AM no response. We froze during the cold front. We told the clerk that the heat wasn't working and he said he didn't know about it.

Rooms are right on the water. Kayaks for rent. Small beach area.

Breakfast is nothing more than a Little Debbies snack cake and coffee. Pool is not heated.

The hotel is right on the water. Open up the sliding glass door to a beautiful view of the ocean. Went snorkeling in the morning literally feet away from my room. Friendly staff assisted me with a late check in. Amazing little cozy hotel. Will stay again

Our room was on the ground level directly in front of two tiki huts a dock and a little beach. It was awsome. The room was perfect for my little boy and I. We walked onto the bridge 3 minutes away and fished. The staff was awsome!!!!!

Staff was so nice and helpful. Location and onsite boat ramp and docks were great.

The beds!!! Everything else was great but the beds, most likely not coming back due to beds only.

We loved this place. Very quaint and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. The best rocking chairs and deck for viewing the sunsets. Easy to find; location was just what we were looking for. We would come back again.

Location. It is literally on the Gulf of Mexico. If you jumped off the back porch and then swam backward, you would be under your room. Very cool.

The nearest restaurant is about 6 miles away. They have a food truck on site which was o.k.
