The staff on duty upon arrival was extremely pleasant.

The pet fee was excessive for one night stay. Also, our toilet clogged and the staff member on duty told us to just use the restrooms in the lobby, because she didn't know where to locate a plunger. So twice my 8 year old and I had leave our room to utilize the facilities in the lobby. It was an unfortunate experience and there was no discount or any or any other solution offered to accommodate for the inconvenience.

the keys didn’t work for rooms 116, 125 as well as the AC units in room 143 our family had to move 3 times because amenities were not working

Price

The breakfast is not all that great. An add on if bacon or sausages would be better.

The breakfast was good.

It was difficult to secure a late check out.

Military price was horrible

It had a coffee pot and fridge, plus a nice little buffet breakfast that was plentiful. That’s more than any where else these days.
