Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, grounds were meticulous. Staff friendly and helpful.

Spacious room. Nice outdoor activity area with bar.

Right next to airport so flights taking off are loud while in pool area but only for a moment. Room noise doesn't seem to be an issue as they have nice soundproofing.

quiet room, could not hear airplanes unless on the balcony. Ice and water machines easy to find and use. Coastal bike and running path was a key convenience for biking into town. Bike rental service through concierge was easy.

No interest in joining a vacation club, however, staff was not 'harassing' so that is a bonus.

There was no elevator at the facility. In the booking check out time was listed at 11 but the front desk called at 1030 to state that the check out time was at 10 which they didn't mention at the time of checkin. The front desk was rude as well when she asked me to check out.

Absolutely exceptional stay in Key West! While the location was a bit further from Duval Street, it more than made up for it with stunning beach and sea views—perfect for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always helpful. Our room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, offering great comfort and privacy. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there were plenty of great local spots nearby to explore. The overall atmosphere was tranquil and truly felt like a slice of paradise. Highly recommend, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit!

It would have been nice to have breakfast included; also, the only eatery in the premises closed at 8pm so we had to outsource our dinners!

Lovely apartment and balcony. One bedroom fab with good view but 2nd bedroom small and view of construction work at airport. Kitchen area well equipped. Great pool area. Reception staff very helpful. Grounds well maintained. Lots of parking. Good location for old town.

Did not get told about complimentary tea and coffee in reception or breakfast by the pool. 2nd bedroom small and view of construction work at airport. Work was a bit noisy during the day although ok at night. Very expensive.

Unfortunately we stayed there only for one night but when we plan next visit for the Key West then we will defintely stay in the hotel for longer. I recommend this place to everyone. The hotel is exceptional!!! It’s located very close to the airport but it was not making big differnce for us as there were no night flights.
