- Maya, jacuzzi was ice cold the entire stay (despite complaining about it)
- The hotel had one, very slow elevator, with no alternate staircases nearby to walk up. The hotel needs a complete updating. The pool area and pool house/ paviltion looks like it was abandoned years ago.
