Everything you need except air conditionning . A lot of parkkng. Cleanleness. Close to everything. Good micro wave and mini fridge, air dryer. Quiet. Only one channel at the tv but you can bring tablet and go on the net or log into netflix or prime account.

Fan makes noise. No air conditionning but its a 2 stars. Everything else is good.

Everything was fine

the location was all right, close to highway. the bathroom was clean.

Everything is very old. The furniture is mismatched and as if taken from a thrift store or just donated. The smell is of dampness. The place is musty. The windows haven't been cleaned for ages. The linen didn't look clean and the beds were wobbly. We used our own towels. The owner was rude. I wouldn't want to stay there even for 1/3 of the money that I paid.

Price vs competition and availability. It was fine for a few nights but generally I would expect a lot nicer for the amount paid. But it was half the cost of the nicer places.

Room was not looked over before we checked in. Had one obviously dirty towel and no extra towels. The water randomly fluctuated between scalding hot and freezing cold. And there is no AC at all. Normally no problem except it was in the high 70's when we visited. The owners spoke just barely enough English to form basic communication. I was thankful for that as I don't understand French. But that's ok we figured it out when they asked us to move from one parking spot to another cause we were apparently parked in the wrong area of the open gravel lot.

It was clean and comfy.

The room was divided into two parts : the first one is like a kitchen with a microwave, a table, chairs and a desk. The second part is the bedroom itself with the bathroom. I really liked it because we could have dinner and breakfast in a nice place. The beds are comfortable.

You cant take a shower or a bath ,you need to take both in the same time because its broken. Towel around toilette bowl because leaking. Missing globe in the bathroom. Bottom on the bath have fix with paint. Wifi its not working good. But its clean and we not paid a lot of money next time i go somewhere else and paid more.
