- The lace was dirty. There was grit on the floors. Towels on the floor turned grey from filth. Sheets had cigarette burns but were clean. People living there with yard furniture outside like a yard sale. The whole place was run down with boarded up.
- The location is not convenient for people without a car. Even there is a bus station nearby, it runs every 30 minutes during the day and 1 hour at night. The bed sheets don't seem fresh. There are only about 3 TV channels. The motel needs upgrades.
