The name 4 points Sheraton should be the same no matter where you go. We were in Winnipeg at one and it far exceeded this one. In fact its why we booked this one . Just a little disappointed.

Love soft beds, great coffee, great staff, great location!

Soap and shampoo didn't like, would be great if had organic good smelling products!

Very professional and courteous staff at the front counter. Had an issue with our room and if was dealt with instantly.

Everything is great. Always thoughtful, obliging staff. Room is large and comfortable. Coffee in lobby at all hours. Nice. All facilities are well maintained.

Location is good, but access is not the best.

One of the better Four Points hotels anywhere. Basically clean and things worked as they should.

Ridiculous wall-mounted body wash, conditioner and shampoo.

Large well equipped rooms..very clean and quiet.

I love the sizes of the room plus the comfortable beds and decorations of the room.

The lounge area was pretty cool. The color of the wall was welcoming. The staff were good.

The carpet was old and not clean, the gym had a foul smell. The tiles in the bathroom were offsetting the hotel experience one is supposed to experience. That's my take. The jacuzzi water wasn't warm enough. No breakfast was a heart break.

Easy access to Highway 2, lots of restaurants, banks, fast food nearby. Complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby.

The tiling in the shower needs a good scrub. It is clear that the grout has not been cleaned properly, it looked quite dingy which was in contrast with the rest of the room's cleanliness.

Beautiful hotel new, kept quite clean. Very impressed!

I have stayed here before, but this time the whirlpool tub was out of order. They did accommodate people by allowing us to access the Hampton Inn across the parking lot, but I wish they would just fix the hot tub!

Dirty carpets in restaurant. Some worn wood accents and carpet in rooms.

Snow and ice was not cleared from the entrance ways or Peking lots it was very icey

attached to White Spot. Nice furnishings, roomy bathroom, good bed.

Staff was less than accommodating when I told them I did not have a credit card (room was prepaid). Weird room layout as there was a long hallway to enter the room, useless space.
