Cons -

Most definitely. We live an hour away from Edmonton thus we don't know what the weather or roads would be like when we are reserving a room 10-14 days earlier. When we looked for cancellation of room assurance, you had to pay for it up front. Disgusting!
The room was cool, so the thermostat was turned up. The radiator got warmer, however, the air vent still pumped cold air into the room. The air vent stopped blowing, sometime in the evening, when we were out. It was then too warm on our return.
It's location. Not the best area of town

Location worked for us

It's run down a bit but all the hair in the bathtub and the bed was disgusting. A little worn and older is fine if it's clean

Close to LRT and restaurant on site

The pillows on the bed

The staff was exceptional!! Very helpful and cheerful.

There was hair in our bed and all over bathroom floor..ðøÃÂá. The remote control for the tv wouldn't turn the volume down. We won't be going back.
