Loved the friendliness of Ruthie and thought all the little touches like the freshly baked bread and cake was great. Such a cosy room and will definitely stay again next time we’re in Napier.

Bad soundproofing (club next door and the slammed doors), and the bed wasn't really comfy !

Not being aware of having to go up two flights of stairs to our room. It would have been difficult for those physically unable. Also our room was on the same side as the Bar downstairs.
