Our roomy suite had 2 rooms and 2 tvs, so when it rained on a Sunday, we had options for watching football vs Netflix. There was a small kitchenette with microwave but no stove for cooking. Everything was up to snuff and super clean, with hypo-allergenic fragrance free cleaning per our request. We had a balcony on with a side view of the ocean and 2 chairs wedged into a small space. The big plus to this hotel is the largest indoor swimming pool in OC, located on the 2nd floor with good access on steps into the pool at heights of 3' to 5' deep. Plenty of lounge chairs. There was a small snack bar at one end on the ocean side with a diverse menu and a seating area with tables and sofas outside of the pool area. Swimming at night with a view of the full moon from the large glassed in area was special. We had a delicious breakfast at the hotel restaurant. If it had been warmer we could have eaten on the patio with a view of the beach. Parking was ample but be prepared to park in a parking garage. Good elevators, comfortable beds, good control of ac, good room lighting, good electric outlets. The next time we stay we will try for a room with a balcony facing the ocean.

The hotel is large, located at the north end of Ocean City. It would be nice to have had a map/orientation book in the room to figure out locations of hotel amenities, etc. You had to go to the 2nd floor and then exit the building on a terrace down a flight of stairs to get to the beach. There was a place to wash your feet when returning to the hotel which was appreciated. Check in time is at 5 which seems late for a short stay. The sofas and chairs in the rooms could have been more comfortable.

Liked being near the beach. Didn't like the obstacles to get to the room. Also they didn't provide a map to get around the hotel. You had to walk alot just to find vending machines or how to get out. Rooms were clean.

The room was spacious and very clean. We had plenty of towels. The staff was friendly. We asked for a late checkout and we were able to stay an additional half hour, which helped. Plenty of parking and hotel centrally located. Loved our stay.

Clean rooms, very spacious. Convenient coffee shop within the hotel. Beautiful beachfront. Located on bus stop so easy commute to events in town. Plenty of parking onsite

No outdoor pool. Rooms and halls are not carpeted so hallway noise is loud in rooms. Perhaps need just an entryway carpet in each room

I like the outside bar and grill. The food was very good the drink was a little weak . But staff are friendly and helpful great customer service

We have booked this hotel two times now, and absolutely LOVE staying here! The staff are very helpful, sweet and professional. The rooms are always clean and tidy. Room service is always ahead of the game. The location is perfect! We will be booking here again in 2026!! Can’t say enough good about this place! Thank you for making our vacation wonderful!

Love the new updates to the room! Beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and clean. Needed towels and within 5 mins staff was at the door with a stack of them, very prompt service! This was our 5th time staying there and will be back again!

Wish there was a small broom in the room to sweep up the sand.

Our room was spacious & very clean. Large fridge/ freezer with ice maker & small kitchen made it nice to store and prepare food. They provide everything you need - cups, plates, cutlery, dish towel and detergent for the dish washer. Lots of storage for your clothes & personal items. Our shower was nice & water was hot! The pool was amazing! Our trip didn’t have the best weather & having the pool kept my kids occupied. Our room was side ocean view with a small balcony & nice view.

Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about our stay.
