Fairway Inn by the Falls

Decent sized rooms.

The fact that they made us wait 15 mins when checking out only to make us wait another 15 mins to inspect the room. We were in a rush.

We don¿t received our security deposits. 2 rooms paid cash deposits of $100 each and 1 room paid by credit card, we don¿t get refunded. I phoned the hotel and telling me that they gave the money back but unfortunately it¿s not true. 5 rooms got bedbugs.

It¿s a nightmare, we got bitten by bedbugs, we caught some and handed to the owner . We didn¿t get refunded for 3 rooms security deposit. Two paid cash and one credit card.

Nothing! It was filthy, low quality, horribly maintained, sheets were ripped and massive holes all over them. The owner was extremely rude and extremely disturbing. He harassed us a few times

Everything was aweful, disgusting and filthy

There's not swimming pool as it said, staff is friendly but as soon as There's an issue they become rude. They also charged me more per night than the original price.

Reasonably close to Fallsview Casino. Clean.

Room had a strange smell. Air conditioning cleaned up the smell, but it still seemed "weird". Hotel in "bad neighborhood".

10 min walk to the fall and Clifton street. Clean. Spacious room. Affordable price.

Great location. We were looking for a place to sleep, not live. We parked our car (no fee) and walked or rode our bicycles everywhere around the falls area! The desk clerk was very helpful with directions and how to safely store our bicycles.

Very old motel. Full for the weekend, but clean and quiet enough at night. Great way to save $$ for other things. If you want to spend a lot of time in your room... another choice may be better. If you have children, another choice may be better as well.

The location was good. We could walk to any attraction.

The room and bathroom were very old looking. The air conditioner made a lot of noise

Everything worked quite well. Had an air conditioner and fridge. Bed was comfy. No bugs. Room cooled down and warmed up well.

Some of the walls were cracking, lots of cosmetic issues. No functional issues, just looks a bit run down

Very good quality room for the price, friendly staff, free parking and wifi. We could even leave our car in the parking lot after checking out.

There was a group of bikers who were a bit noisy during the night in the courtyard, but I don't think the attendant could have done much about that.

this is a nice little hotel, it is not fancy, but clean and in a very good location, within walking distance of most anything you would like to do. We have stayed here before and we will satay here again.

The best part of this hotel was that it was so close to Niagara Falls and Clifton Hills. You can literally walk there is like 15 mins.

It was close to Clifton hill and was in walking distance to a lot of places we wanted to see.

There was on old smell in the unit . Could have used extra towels and toilet paper .

No amenities in hotel, no wifi, no phne in room, no room service can be called as no phne there, room quality equal to 1 star hotel.. not Oethy of even the money . Soaps were cheap
