This hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and feel luxurious. There are some good activities that can be done on the hotel grounds. The view from my room was spectacular.

If going to Disney is a priority, then the location is good. However it is far from anything else. There was not enough information available.

Convenient location. Self parking available. Beautiful setting.

Everything. It was close to everything. Food was great. Room spacious and beds comfortable. Was able to see fireworks from balcony . The pools were beautiful

Don’t understand why housekeeping will not change towels. They left all the used towels in the bath room even after they clean the room. We called and they immediately brought us new towel but it is the same the next day.

This hotel is very well located and convenient.

Last time we stayed here, the room was super clean. However, this time, we opened the shower to find a bunch of hair stuck to the shower walls so we were a bit grossed out. The refrigerator also didn't seem to be closed upon our arrival so the floor in front of it was wet. Other than those issues, the room was fine. Also, there was a drink special advertised at the front desk, but the bartender had no idea what my husband wad talking about when I sent him to order it. Granted, it was for the pool bar and we were at the main bar, BUT a bartender from the pool bar happened to be there and said they didn't know either, so maybe just more communication if youre going to advertise a drink special. Overall. Minor issues. We'd stay again.

Shuttles to the Disney parks (and Disney Springs) were great and comfortable. The hotel is quite beautiful and clean.Great location and value.

When checking-in, the staff made an error and overcharged my friend by ~100$. My friend quickly noticed this and the mistake was corrected before we even finished the check-in process, but still.Maybe using a calculator should be mandatory so mistakes like this won't happen.
