Great winter getaway! The property had lots of winter activities available, from skating to sledding to fat biking and beautiful hiking trails. Highly recommend this property for your next winter getaway.

Location was near the tremblant village. Nice pool, sauna. Beautiful view of the lake.

When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist saw us and didn’t greet us. Then she left the reception for 10 minutes, without excusing herself or greeting us. She came back, we asked her if there were other rooms available if we wanted to upgrade of course with a fee. The lady told us the hotel was full, and there were 0 rooms vacant. We went to our rooms and both of them were dirty. I’m talking hairs everywhere, in the tub, on the couch, the bed, even in the FRIDGE. There were crumbs everywhere, dried spaghetti sauce on the stove, you name it. It’s a shame that during the pandemic hotels claim to be thorough with the cleaning and to desinfect, when clearly they pay it no mind. We went back to the lobby to show the state of the rooms to the receptionist. Ah! Now she says that if we want to switch rooms, there are plenty of them available. So she lied to us at our arrival. When we left the hotel - again no one at the reception to serve or greet us. We sent a message to the hotel about our experience, and they never wrote us back. Would not recommend this hotel if customer service & cleanliness are important criterias for you.

The door offered a few payment option but “nothing works”. Can not change payment method.

The small shallow beach was amazing for the kids despite the cold weather they had a blast. The view from the room is amazing and both beds were very comfy. High quality food and great presentation was a pleasure. It is not a cheap resto but that is what we needed some quality adult food lol They have a good children menu with quality ingredients for the spag and ice cream i tasted. There was lots of space btw tables and many sanitizer station that we felt very safe despite covid19. Amazing location nice n fast room service and a bar open until 23h.

I would suggest a none scented hand sanitizer before entering the restaurant as it affects when we eat your delicious dishes.

We loved the access to the beach and the fact that most of the water activities were free of charge. We loved the spaciousness of the room. We enjoyed the view from the room. We would have liked to see a designated smoking area.

Due to Covid measures we found it a bit stifling during breakfast. We felt that the staff aside from the gentlemen making the eggs and waffles, there weren’t enough staff during breakfast and it felt like we were being rationed! I understand the oddity of the circumstances but it did leave us feeling that we won’t have breakfast on the property. Not sure how it is under normal circumstances. Also the carpeting throughout need an upgrade.

The staff were wonderful and the room was as described. Food was also great. I would highly recommend this hotel!
