The staff was wonderful and the premises were clean and neat. The building is dated but I needed to change locations because I was unable to negotiate stairs. Staff were wonderful in accommodating me to the extent they could with my luggage but I felt it

I personally needed an elevator as I was not able to carry my luggage or even go in and out with stairs.

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Room was simple but at a great price (off-season). Exceeded my expectations, by far.

The wall fixture that holds the towel - they just couldn't get it to stay fixed to the wall! Not that they didn't try... TV iwas VERY small - for me that was no big deal, but if you want to watch a lot of TV, the tiny screen may not satisfy.

It was an amazing location, close to the train station and the coast!

The guy at the desk was very friendly. The hotel is a very short walk from the train station. You can sit out front and have a brewsky. Menton is an exceptional town. A mix of French and Italian.

It's 100 meters from the train station - so you can easily hop on the train to visit any place along the French Riviera (we've spent an evening in Monaco, for example). There's a parking lot under the train station, which you can book online.

Nice room, very good location and excellent host

The staff was nice, room was clean and according to pictures. It is great value for money. Also it is close to the beach and the old city.

It is a bit loud with the railway next to it, but the windows isolate well and the AC works good in the night.

Location was not bad

Three beds were crammed into the tiniest space. The walls of the bathroom don’t connect to the ceiling so there’s no privacy. Very difficult for 5 people to stay here.

Walls were very thin, and you can hear anything and everything of other room even they are not so loud. Because of that, it was not relaxing. I went to the front desk regarding that, but the stuff could not do anything about it. At the same time other room guests could hear us talking with the normal voice.

Great location 1 block from the train station. My room had 1 wall made of stone that added to its charm. Very modern multi-glazed windows that blocked out all train noise. Very comfy beds and black out drapes! Be aware it does not have a lift so ask for a lower floor!

Offered a 6 euro breakfast the next morning. Should have taken it ( Croissants, juice and coffee) in cheerful spot. They must pre order as when I asked if I could get the breakfast that morning they said noI had to make the reservation in advance. Walked several blocks for a similar breakfast at a higher price Would have been a 10 with a lift!

As I’m 81 and am not as strong as I was, I found the stairs with my suitcase a bit difficult.

The location is perfect: 50m from the train station and 10 minutes walking from the town center. The staff is friendly and helpful; the room was not huge but for a short stay is great, very clean and warm.The windows are well isolated: we did not hear a train although the main station is so close!Worth the value for money.

The hotel does not have his own parking lot and finding a free parking is almost impossible.There is a garage at the station tho.

The room was very clean and the sound of the train was not loud at all.

The walls were tiny, so you could easily listen what was happening in other rooms.

The hotel is easy to access - next to the station - and a stone's throw away from the main streets and the sea. The staff is welcoming and friendly.

Please bring some earplugs, otherwise the train will wake you up early in the morning!

Small, cozy, clean hotel. Very nice people. Really close to the station. We had amazing view from balcony.

We were missing a shower head holder, a soap holder and a shower outlet. Not very good coffee in the bar.
