Location and room quiet

Dirty room, no facial tissues, bed very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Room smelled musty.

We really enjoyed the hot (not continental!!) breakfast. We also appreciated the friendly staff. For example, Tess at the Front Desk was extremely helpful. The server during breakfast on Friday, November 7th was very thoughtful. She went above and beyond when she cared enough to ask about whether or not the sun coming through the windows was bothering us. Wow, that was unexpected, amazing customer service! The bartender on Thursday evening, November 6th, was friendly and alleviated my concern about ordering close to closing time. We loved that the swimming pool was a combination indoor/outdoor pool, although we were bummed that we did not actually get a chance to use it. We definitely will come back to this hotel in the future. It is conveniently located for us.

Parking was always a challenge, especially since we arrived late to the hotel every night. It made matters worse when someone utilized at least 4 parking slots to park their vehicle and trailer. This should be disallowed and makes the property appear similar to a motel rather than a hotel. I understand that bacon is probably cost-prohibitive right now, but it would have been amazing to have bacon as an option at the breakfast buffet.

I arrived around 4am and clerk was not happy. She said she moved my reservation for the next day. At the end it was fixed but it was a little uncomfortable at first

Beautiful Hotel…! Well worth the money! NOW… You get a full hot breakfast PLUS a delicious dinner that is pre-fix, our three nights we had three different absolutely delicious dinners! Plus, if you want , 3 drinks that includes beer, ? wine ? or a mixed drink with spirits ?. There is a indoor/outdoor pool which is one in the same and a hot tub as well. I have never stayed at a hotel where my husband and I felt so welcomed and actually wanted to live there! ?All the staff were Amazing!Definitely book this property in Phoenix Arizona, you will not be disappointed, I promise!

Absolutely NOTHING….!

At first we thought it was a little pricey, but a convenient location for us. However, we didn't realize the hotel has a dinner buffett ( which was very good), along with 3 free drinks at dinner. Along with a really nice breakfast buffet! The rooms were nice and spacious. We were pleasantly surprised. Staff was awesome. Assistant Manager was bartending at the buffet that night and she was such a great person. Hard to think of something negative.
