Clean , newly renovated , quiet, comfortable bed and pillows!

The exterior building did not match the great rooms!

Conveniently located and affordable

The room smelled like cigarette (probably from the vent) because staff said that room was newly renovated and we were the first ones to use it. TV needed to be fixed multiple times. Elevator was not working on the first day.

Very welcoming staff and cozy feeling room. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was also great!

The price was right, the bathroom was clean, and the beds were most comfortable.

The room was clean and modern. It was quiet. The staff was great. Very convenient location to the Spitz Stadium. Everything in the room was in working condition. 10% discount on the food in the bar/grill attached to the hotel.

The lobby needs new lighting, it was so dark I thought it was closed when I was walking up to the doors. Hallways were surprisingly narrow and very dark and dank. Creepy. It is in a sketchy part of town but I did not feel unsafe.

Hotel & room were clean & there was a good selection of breakfast items. They cooked fresh breakfast items upon asking instead of leaving in heating pan to be wasted.

Hotel didn't say fridge turned off to save electricity cost, thought it was broken. Hotel didn't say main doors locked at night, we had to keep knocking until someone answered which took a long time as no one at the front desk.

There were stains throughout the room, on the chairs, on the lampshades. The sheets felt like rough paper and the bed was not comfortable. One of the lamps was missing a lightbulb. The furniture in the room is extremely outdated and falling apart.

Breakfast didn't have a non-dairy option such as soy or almond milk. I was surprised.

Great location. reasonable price. The Man in front desk was very friendly. Comfy beds. Good breakfast.

Temperature control inside the room was not working. The room was cold in the first day and hot in the second. Curtain had stains on it.

A little old.

Nice room, very comfortable bed, good for a short stay. One evening staff member was very pleasant and accommodating, booked my wake-up call while I was at the desk.Microwave & fridge were appreciated as I pack gluten-free food with me.

Magic Eraser needed on sink drain, it needed cleaning. Bit of traffic noise but room was very hot so had to have the window open which made it worse. Morning staff missed my wake-up call. Wish there was a gluten-free cereal like rice chex.

The hotel was very clean and it was quiet. For the low price, I was expecting a bit of a sketchy hotel, but was impressed that the rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable.

Water pressure for the shower was a bit inconsistent, but it wasn't much of a problem.Room didn't have air conditioning so might get quite warm in the summer.

The rooms are always clean. Their free breakfast is absolutely the best. Anything you could wish for breakfast is there.

GM and staff where excellent hosts.

There was a musty mold smell when we first arrived.

Management and all workers were thoughtful and professional. Breakfast was wonderful too. will always stay here.

Having access to restaurants on the premises so that you don¿t have to go outside was a real plus especially when the weather is colder. It¿s also in a convenient location for travellers heading for the U.S. border.
