Staff was amazing. At arrival, we received a complimentary breakfast for the following morning as well as a room upgrade to a corner suite. All without asking. The front staff also offered to help with restaurant recommendations as well as making reservations. Very clean room and we had housekeeping come twice a day. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed great service in the restaurant.
Hotel is not in walking distance from Downtown - but Lyft/Uber is cheap an it just takes 5-10 minutes to get to Broadway

The staff were gracious and friendly. The room and facilities were very clean.
The Hotel has lost its funky vibe it is more sterile. The spa and gym facilities were closed without notice and we were charged a surprise 'destination fee' at checkout of about $100. That was very disappointing as the hotel wasn't cheap to begin with.

Reception staff, bar staff and concierge very polite and helpful. Position good.
Our rooms were shabby, poorly appointed and in need of renovation. Also nobody came to make our rooms up during the two night stay which was disappointing to come back to after long days out sightseeing.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Walking distance to the major city area however very easy to get transport if needed. The staff were all friendly and welcoming
