Located in the heart of downtown Nashville’s Midtown neighborhood, this eco-friendly hotel is just a 10-minutes walk away from Music Row and offers contemporary rooms with free WiFi. Every room at Hutton Hotel provides a 42-inch flat-screen LCD HDTV with on-demand videos and a large work desk with LED lighting and media hubs. A mini bar and coffee maker are also included. The spa treatment rooms with services are available on request, and are offered at the hotel. Flexible meeting space, a coffee bar and valet laundry services are all also available on-site. We also have an on-site live music venue. Vanderbilt University is an 11-minute walk away from the hotel. Nashville Zoo is 8 miles from the property, while Grand Ole Opry is an 18-minute drive away. - Cute hotel with a very friendly staff. Hotel lobby and restaurant were very nicely decorated

Cons -
- They gave me a room that the toilet and sink were not working. The room was not cleaned and had candy from previous stay on the ground. When we asked for the sheets to be changed and the room to be cleaned every day, I was told that we have to ask for it
- The air conditioning in our room was incredibly loud and rattled a lot. Quite disturbing
- Expensive parking Hotel has a concert venue that is very loud until around 11:00 so bass thumps through the walls. Shower would randomly turn on and off
