clean linen and the bed made the day ,missing paper holder in wash room and missing diverter part of the shower

The room was small, clean and quiet. It was also located within walking distance to restaurants. One restaurant was literally next door to the motel.

There was nothing that I did not like about the motel or my stay.

Nothing is good

No cleaniess ¿ hairs in the washroom is everywhere where . Urine on the flush seat. The owner is disrespectful . I hate that place

Absolument nothing. The room was dirty and stink. The toilet was unsane. The bed was à mess . We reserve one room, when we arrived it was so disgraceful that we were chosen not to spend our night in such nasty place. More over they refuse to reimburse

The reception is like a cage for pets, and smell cigaret. Dirty Mattress and dusty. Please tourists and visiters avoid that place.

The shower had issues and when we asked about it we were reminded that its a old hotel. There were cobwebs in the corner and bugs.

Room 18 bathroom was definitely in need of a renovation. It was NASTY!!

There was nothing to like about this property.

It was not clean, it wasn’t at all similar to what was shown in the pictures, AC was far away and the rooms weren’t cold. It had insects and wasn’t at all worth the rent.

Bad

There was no heating we freezed tv with no channels yet booking.com did nothing about this. In fact we will stop using booking.com from now on.

We really enjoyed the room & the owner was very great to chat with. Surprisingly or room was very clean so that was appreciated- compared to a few we've stayed in.

Had a bad neighbor next door during our time there, party nice until 430 am. But this is not the norm for here.

The kitchen was great and stocked with everything we needed! The housekeeping did an amazing job and the place was clean. Area was a close drive to where we were heading to at Niagara Falls! Staff was super nice :)

Bed could be a bit softer, was a bit too hard but everything else was great and will definitely go back!

The hotel location was ideal - not far from the falls and the attractions. Lots of restaurants near by as well. The hotel itself was very clean, the service was excellent. I would defiantly stay there again.

It is not very close to the Falls but it was close enough for me to go the Falls by car about 10 minutes. The building is not vey new but it is well maintenanced and well renovated and cleanness is good enough. The room has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with a full kitchen. We are very happy to stay there.

Robert, the motel manager, went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic! The property had a pool and a great picnic area with bbq’s! The staff were friendly and again we can’t say enough about Robert and his hospitality! We are already planning our next stay!

It’s located at convent location.

They didn’t take Sequrity deposit but the manager asked me to submit a credit card information , he got all information of my card number and other details .I never expect this situation .It’s not mentioned in the booking.com site .If it’s mentioned I will not select this property.

Relatively clean rooms, quiet if not close to the road. Free parking is an extra you cannot have easily in Niagara Falls.
