The decorations and outside areas were really beautiful.

Horrible rooms! Small and almost no space to hang anything in the closet. Our first "prestige" room smelled with mold, had none functional AC, ~0 sea view. They told us that the only other option will be ?250 extra! Well... we paid. Same fl, same size.?

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The shows were great, the food as well and a very nice staff. In the last night of my stay I had an accident and I hurt my leg. All the staff were super helpful especially one in the reception in the night shift named Edwardo, he went above and beyond to help me.

The room I was in had ants.

Playa de Muro is amazing, friendliness if the staff.

Most a la carte restaurant for fully booked. We had to struggle to get a spot. You can hear guests talking and shouting in the hotel corridors from the room (sound insulation is to be revisited).Clean towels weren’t available in the towel stand and had limited working hours (most resorts have a continuous service throughout the day)

Housekeeping was poor. Mirrors were not wiped during our stay, we never had enough towels and glasses.

The tematic restaurant had a simple meniu, nothing from the spanish tranditional meal on spanish restaurant.

Beautiful resort!!! Loved all the flowers and landscaping around every turn. The short walk to the beach is so nice as well, feels like you’re walking in a dream then see this beautiful ocean with soft sand and mountains in the backdrop. Stunning. We had an amazing time there and everyone was very nice and accommodating. The front desk is super helpful with anything you need and all questions.

The only thing we wished was different were the spa hours to enter the indoor pool and hot tub. It’s way too early to close that at a resort. We wanted to go to the hot tub after our day excursions and never could.

We booked two direct oceanfront rooms but only received one. The second room had only a partial ocean view. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we were told it was the same booking category — but it clearly wasn’t oceanfront.They offered a bottle of champagne as a gesture, which didn’t hold much value for me as a non-drinker. I also asked about a refund or adjustment for the room difference, but they weren’t able to accommodate that either.Overall, the hotel seems better suited for families with young children or guests looking for a party atmosphere. The facilities were nice and the staff was friendly, but I wouldn’t choose to return. There are many more beautiful and relaxing hotels on Mallorca that I’d prefer to stay at instead.

The food was decent, but could have been better in terms of quality. Portions were very large — so if you prefer quantity over quality, this might be the right fit.It’s a great spot for families with young children, but not ideal if you’re looking for a relaxing beach escape. The beach was overcrowded and quite narrow, although the water and surrounding scenery were beautiful.

We were thinking either Ritz or Jumeriah and ended up here because our little one picked it, it was 1/3rd the price but we were very happy with the quality. Food is great, location is great and facilities are good. The 3 restaurants on site are crap and they make reservations very difficult which is funny because both times we went the restaurants were only 40% capacity and food was 1/5. Buffet is good and lunch bbq was great. Overall we would stay here again

Its a nice size, pretty large but not enormous. Very easy to get around. I loved the beach! Easy access, fantastic sand and gentle shallow waters. The food was also delicious- the Spanish restaurant was my favorite, although the other restaurants were nice too & the buffet had a really nice assortment.

Overall, very nice resort. I do wish there was more of a split of the parents with kids vs the adults who were not traveling with kids. Maybe rooftop events for adults only in the Star Prestige area, or special bar events. I don’t mind kids too much, but there were so many and the hotel could make it more separate to ensure all guests can enjoy as they wish.

The food at the buffet was good. We had the Prestige package which had acces to a nice rooftop. The pool there is very small. Staff were friendly and helpful. All drinks were included.

The standard rooms are quite small. We intended to stay 3 nights and upon arrival all restaurants and spa slots were already fully booked for the entire stay. Reservations are done via an app, which doesn’t work properly on iPhones… Not great for couples without children. Everything is too big scale.

The food blew my expectations out of the water! The accommodation was comfortable and suited us as people who prefer to go out as much as possible. The resort is a delight to be in, very clean and beautifully managed. We loved being near the beach too.

There was a highly disruptive cycling event that happened during our stay (end of April), which unfortunately led to road closures that completely blocked off the hotel. Not the hotel's fault though, I just wish there was some communication regarding the expected closures (mostly from the organisers of the event though)

It was one of the top all-inclusive hotels we have ever visited. The employees, particularly the animation crew and restaurant staff, impressed us with their friendliness and helpfulness. The buffet had incredible food with many choices and themed dinners. Perhaps we anticipated a greater selection of a la carte restaurants, however overall it was ok. Lovely pools, numerous activities for children, gorgeous beach in close proximity.

We reserved a room with a shared swimming pool, so we anticipated having it on our terrace. Nevertheless, there was only grass in front of the balcony, so if we wanted to swim, we had to do it in front of other people's terraces, which wasn't enjoyable, causing us to hardly use it. If I had been aware, I would have opted for a standard room without a shared pool instead of the pricier option.

Greeted with champagne by lovely staff. We dined in all restaurants and food was fantastic. There is food for everyone!The bars were quick and had good supply, open till midnight. Selection of pools outside which were ideal to either be with or without kids. Lots of activities to keep us entertained throughout the day.Evening entertainment was good even in off-season. There is a local shop 30 second walk and to get in to town is just a simple bus ride. Overall very happy with the hotel and would definitely come again!

Towels change took a long time. I was waiting for 20 minutes for the towels to then run out and have to wait a further 15 minutes. Need a more efficient way of doing this or have multiple areas to exchange towels. Air con system worked but wasn't great. Indoor pool was fine, but the facilities within it need upgrading (hot tub, sauna etc)

Just returned from a fantastic stay at the hotel, and we had a brilliant time! The hotel is split into two sections—Playa and Park—with Playa being more geared towards couples and Park more family-focused. However, the entire property feels like a perfect family-friendly getaway, offering great spaces for everyone.The entertainment was fantastic, with activities for kids throughout the day and great evening shows. One thing to note, though—if you’re hoping to put the kids to bed early, the noise from the evening entertainment can be loud until about 10 PM, so bear that in mind!The pools and kids’ areas were a hit, especially with our little one, and the beach—just a short walk away—was stunning. Long, sandy shores and crystal-clear water made for some unforgettable moments. The food at the main buffet was delicious, though we found the Greek snd Spanish restaurant less exciting, but still decent.All in all, an excellent four-star hotel with great facilities for a memorable family vacation.

The only downside would be the abundance of mosquitoes, so I’d definitely recommend packing some repellent. Not the hotel’s fault, just part of the area’s charm!

Everything was great (beach, location, etc) but the staff were the best. They were so helpful and kind.

We booked a premium room and had a view of the public parking lot from our room. We just didn't expect this. We upgraded into a pool view room.

Location on the beach is just perfect. Clean blue sea like Caribbean. Quality of the food is excellent. Lots of options for everyone.

Short of staff. No room service. Towels for swimming are restricted in time window.

We had a wonderful stay for 7 nights with our 10 family members ageing from 3 to 85 . It was a birthday celebration holiday and as the organiser in the family I was very hopeful that the hotel would suit all ages - I'm very happy to say everyone loved it. Clean and well thought out bedrooms, lovely pools and delicious breakfast, lunch & dinner buffets as well as friendly & helpful staff. Direct access to the beach was a bonus too. And we even enjoyed the Abba Night entertainment (which isn't usually our thing but was well done and the youngest members of our group thought it was a great treat).

A few more sunbeds around the pools or even on the grass below reception might help as there didn't seem to be as many sunbeds as people staying in the hotel.
