- The location downtown was great with many nearby restaurants and pubs. Hotel was very clean.
- The staff was wonderful and accommodating
- Very nice rooms, didn't spend much time in the hotel, but appeared very clean, and well kept.
Cons -
- Breakfast at the hotel was terrible as our food was under cooked and the server was rude. Our view over looking the Saskatchewan River was breathtaking but don't look down as there is community of homeless tenters occupying the property so sad.
- It was in a bad area of town! All around the hotel and within a 20 minute walk there were drug attic's and mental help people everywhere. It felt unsafe.

The view overlooking the river was great. Close to many restaurants for convenient and walkable takeout. Size of the room was impressive too.
Crunchy stains on the carpet near the nightstand. More dark staining on the carpet about 10 ft from the doorway. We found 2 ping pong balls under the ottoman which didn¿t instill confidence in cleanliness. Temporary homeless shelter next door.
