- The hotel was excellent. It had fantastic facilities, was spotlessly clean and the staff were beyond helpful. The gym was excellent with a great selection of equipment and a lovely pool. I would highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again without hesitation.

Cons -
- Room and bathroom wasn't clean with rubbished (false nails, hair and razors) on the floor. Bathroom in serious need of renovation. Very bad smell throughout the corridors.
- The elevators were down on our day to check out. We were on the 14th floor. They sent someone. Up the grab the big luggage. But we had to walk down 14 fights. They did take off the valet charge for 3 nights as an apology, which was awesome.
