It was clean, comfortable and a great price. The bathroom was amazing. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

Good value and location. Room was clean.

Cons -

Place is terrible. Slum lords. We were woken up at 7am with the landlord fighting with a person next door over $20. There was a burn hole in our bedspread.
Bed needs replacement pillows also.
