Nice old time character and charm. Friendly staff. Very clean and comfy room. Great breakfast coffee and croissant. Close to everything in Grass Valley.

The service was excellent. The room was clean and the lighting was warm. Very comfortable.

Cons -

The bathtub was super slippery. I slipped and fell and hurt my knee and couldn?t do much my entire trip.
With old time charm comes old time construction. A rattling window frame woke me up intermittently throughout bh the night. Discovered later though that may have not been closed tightly by previous occupant, so may not have been an issue.
