Friendly staff. When I arrived, I had just come down with a bad cold, and a friendly employee showed up with at my room with tea and cough drops! He also got a taxi for me some days later - not easy to get at some times of day in Tunis.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating to us on our trip (6 people in 4 rooms). Free breakfast as fantastic with a variety of French and Tunisian foods, as well as a crepe and omelet station available every morning on floor 1 (technically 2nd floor).
The Staff was VERY aware of everyone who came in and out of the Hotel. They keep a watchful eye on people movements and made sure only paying guests had access to hotel accommodations and in-house services.
