Beach and grounds/pool are beautiful. It took us 5 hrs to check in and then got the wrong room. Had to spend 2 hours the next day moving rooms.

Lets just start with the pool which was very dirty, and the hot tube was not working, then the staff some were very rude, you was not allow to bring breatfast to your room, dont know why because you pay for it is not like is free.

Pool staff on floor 3 were exceptional. Very friendly and willing to serve. Great views from anywhere on the rooftop. However, the bed cushions were not available every day for guest for whatever reason.

I liked that there was a lot of pools. The whole experience was bad. Room no hot wanted ac was not working. Water quality bad very old sheets. Old towels and the staff didn¿t let you sleep with the noise and would knock everyday at 8:00 am.

Beautiful place and staff was amazing. It was pretty sleepy and there was mot a ton to do just relay but it is a short drive into Las Terrenas and that is a great place and beach. Recommend El Limon falls as well

This hotel looks like its was gems in the early days. It is still a beautiful hotel. However, the service was lousy and poor. The shower wasn't working. water was spilling all over the. The Jacuzzi wasn't working. There was a problem with pplumbing.
