Staff service, Hotel employees were exceptional.

Cons -

Room had inadequate clothes storage. There was no dresser and no rack to hold a suitcase.
Our final dinner of our stay was marred by forgetting our order and we didn't receive our food for an hour and a half. The apology was half hearted and when I paid the hotel bill we only receive a 50% reduction on the bill.
The AC of our room was damaged the last night and it did not cool down at any time. We called concierge but there was no solution since the AC was down in half of the hotel. We are asking fro a refund for the last night considering we could not sleep.
