- The room was extremely quiet, shockingly so. Air conditioning worked a little too well, and I woke up freezing at some point before dawn. Everything was clean, albeit threadbare. The staff was curteous and helpful. The location was centric and in a safe part of town. We arrived late and I felt safe allowing my teenage son to go to a nearby colmado on his own to get snacks. In the morning, we were offered coffee, and were able to chat with the staff while we waited for our UBER. Everybody was lovely there.
Cons -
- The shower doesn't have hot water. It wasn't just our room. NONE of the rooms have hot water. Although the room had a menu for an in house restaurant, it wasn't functioning when we went. Even thoigh it is included, they start serving breakfast after 8AM, and we had an appointment we needed to leave for at 7AM, so we weren't able to try the food.
